Depending on the type of product or service requested, InkBomb Gear will collect the following information: your name, birthday, gender, address, shipping address, email address, telephone number, and credit card number. We do not sell your personal information, and except as disclosed in this privacy policy. We may share your information, including your personal information, for many reasons, including without limitation, facilitating some aspects of our website, sending email, fulfilling purchase requests, delivering orders, processing credit cards and payment information, verification, fraud prevention, credit card authorization, serving, customizing or delivering marketing material, and auditing. COOKIES

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

DATA RETENTION

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

YOUR RIGHTS

In compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), you may have the right to: (1) request all the information that has been collection on you, (2) request details on all categories of personal information that we collect, (3) request your information be deleted (with exceptions), and (4) request to “opt out” of the sale of your information to any third party.

We will verify your request using the information associated with the account, including email. Government issued id may be required. Consumers can also designate and authorized agent to exercise these rights on their behalf.
